I live more than a four-hour drive away from my son and his family in Richmond Hill. So, I utilized the web to find a florist that delivers near their workplaces. I found Flowers by Rose and placed an online order for my son's girlfriend's birthday. The next morning, I received a call from Gabby. She advised that the white roses she had in the shop were not in good shape, and she was concerned that they would die within a day in an arrangement. She asked if I would like pink or yellow instead. I chose pink. The bouquet was gorgeous and delivered quickly. Gabby's customer service was above and beyond any I have witnessed before.
